Managing Your SharePro Seller Account

Learn how to easily manage your SharePro seller store settings.


As a seller on the SharePro Marketplace, your seller account acts as your virtual storefront. Properly managing your account settings ensures your store is attractive, accurate, and effective in drawing buyers. Here’s a detailed guide on how to manage your seller account settings effectively.

Note: Certain settings related to your main member account (such as passwords or personal details) must be managed by switching to your Buyer Account.

Accessing Seller Account Settings

To access your seller settings page:

  1. Log in to your SharePro seller account.

  2. Click on your seller profile icon in the navigation menu.

  3. Select Seller Settings from the dropdown menu.


Updating Store Information

Store Name & Description

  • Store Name: Enter a unique, memorable name that buyers will recognize. This name appears prominently on your storefront.

  • Store Description: Clearly explain your services, expertise, and what buyers can expect. This helps attract and retain customers.

Contact Email & Store Country

  • Email: Provide the email address for notifications and support communication. This will not be visible to buyers.

  • Store Country: Select the country from which your store operates. This helps buyers understand your location for communication and service considerations.


Setting Your Store Categories

You can specify up to three service categories to define your store’s niche:

  • Primary Category (Required): This is your main area of service (e.g., Graphic Design, Video Editing).

  • Additional Categories (Optional): You can add two extra categories to broaden your visibility on the marketplace.


Managing Store Availability & Order Queue

You have control over your store's visibility and transparency:

  • Store Online Status: Use the toggle to indicate whether your store is currently operational and accepting new orders.

  • Show Orders in Queue: Activate this to display your current order queue to buyers, giving transparency about your workload.


Adding Your Skills

Clearly list up to 10 skills, separated by commas (e.g., Graphic Design, Logo Creation, Photoshop). Skills help buyers quickly see your areas of expertise.

  • Editing skills: Simply type your skills into the input box. Click on a skill badge below the input field if you wish to remove a skill.


Featured Purchases & Reviews

Highlight up to 5 featured reviews from your past buyers:

  1. Click the "Add/Remove Featured Purchases" button.

  2. Use the search box to locate reviews by buyer name, gig title, or review content.

  3. Click "Add to Featured" to select reviews, or "Remove from Featured" to deselect.

  4. Once you've selected your featured reviews, click "Save Featured Purchases".

Featured reviews build trust and demonstrate your quality service to potential buyers.


Adding Store Profile Images

Your store's profile image is crucial to make a strong first impression:

  • Uploading Images: Use the upload feature to select images from your device.

  • Cropping Images: A cropping tool will automatically appear—crop your image to fit the required profile dimensions.

  • Managing Images: Uploaded images appear as thumbnails. To remove any image, simply click the trash icon next to it.


Embedding a Video Introduction

You can embed a YouTube video to provide a more personal and engaging introduction to your store:

  • Paste the full YouTube embed URL into the provided field (e.g., https://www.youtube.com/embed/VIDEO_ID).

  • This video appears prominently on your seller profile, enhancing buyer engagement.


Managing Gig Collections

Collections allow you to organize your gigs and showcase them on your profile page. To manage your collections:

Creating a New Collection

  1. Click "Manage Collections" from the settings page.

  2. Click "Add New Collection" and enter a collection name.

  3. Choose whether you want this collection pinned to your profile.

Adding Gigs to a Collection

  1. Click "Add Gigs" for the desired collection.

  2. Select from your existing published gigs.

  3. Click "Add" to include gigs in the collection.

Removing Gigs or Collections

  • To remove gigs from a collection, click the "×" beside the gig's name.

  • To delete an entire collection, click "Remove Collection" within that collection's settings.

Saving Your Collections

  • After editing your collections, click "Save Collections" at the bottom of the modal window to apply your changes.


Language Preferences

Set your store's primary language from the provided dropdown menu. This ensures your store aligns with your preferred communication style and attracts the appropriate audience.


Saving Your Seller Profile Updates

After you've completed your updates:

  • Review your changes carefully.

  • Click "Update Profile" at the bottom of the settings form.

  • You will see a notification confirming your updates have been successfully saved.


Switching to Your Buyer Account

Remember, certain settings related to your main member account (e.g., password changes, personal contact information) are managed separately via your Buyer Account.

  • Click on your profile icon and select Switch to Buyer to manage these settings.
