User-uploaded files are auto-deleted 30 days after Order completion (see Seller Guidelines). Log files and raw content used for analytics or AI-model training are retained for up to three (3) years, after which they are aggregated, anonymised, or securely erased. EU/UK residents may exercise the GDPR “right to be forgotten” by emailing privacy@sharetopros.com; requests are honoured within 30 days except where retention is legally required.
