As a seller on SharePro Marketplace, managing and receiving your earnings is straightforward. This guide will help you understand how to set up your payout account, request payouts, view your earnings, and leverage analytics to monitor your performance.
Before you can request a payout, you need to set up your payout preferences:
Log in to your SharePro seller account.
Go to your Payout Settings page.
Select your preferred payment method:
PayPal: Enter your PayPal email address.
Stripe: Connect your Stripe account by clicking "Connect with Stripe" and following the prompts.
Make sure you save your settings after entering your details.
Your Earnings Dashboard clearly displays your financial information:
Total Earnings: The sum of all your completed orders.
Available Balance: Money ready to be withdrawn.
Pending Amount: Earnings awaiting clearance.
Note: Your earnings become available once an order is successfully completed and cleared review.
To request a payout, you must have:
A minimum balance of $10 USD in your available balance.
Steps to request a payout:
Visit the Earnings Dashboard.
If you meet the $10 minimum, click the "Request Payout" button.
Confirm the payout request details displayed, including:
Amount requested
Preferred payout method (PayPal or Stripe)
Click "Confirm" to submit your payout request.
Processing Time:
Payout requests are usually processed within 3-5 days (usually within 24 hours).
Early payout options are available for Level 2 and Level 3 sellers (processing in 10 or 7 days respectively).
Your Payout History is available directly below your earnings information:
It shows all previous payout transactions.
Each entry includes:
Date of payout
Amount paid
Payment method (PayPal or Stripe)
Payment details or notes
Use this information to track when and how you’ve received payments.
SharePro Marketplace provides detailed analytics to help you optimize your sales strategy. You can view:
Revenue Performance:
Understand how your earnings change over time.
Access different time ranges (7, 14, 31, 60, 90 days).
Buyer Activity:
Track buyer interactions, recent purchases, and transaction details.
Identify your top buyers and their spending habits.
Advanced Analytics:
Buyer location and frequency of visits.
Average buyer ratings and feedback.
Total spend per buyer.
Product performance (completed vs. disputed orders).
Use this data to improve customer relationships and increase repeat orders.
Level 2 Sellers: Eligible for an Early Payout (10 days).
Level 3 Sellers: Eligible for the Earliest Payout (7 days).
To activate this feature:
Open the Early Payout settings on your dashboard.
Choose your preferred early payout option based on your seller level.
Confirm the update to activate this benefit.
Always keep your payout details updated to prevent delays.
Monitor your earnings dashboard regularly to stay informed about your available balance.
Use analytics data proactively to enhance your selling strategy.
