Important: SharePro sells paid reviews, not guaranteed marketing outcomes.
Curators must follow the standards below to keep the marketplace honest, useful, and safe.
1) Definitions
- “SharePro,” “we,” “us” means the SharePro platform and its operators.
- “Curator,” “you” means any user who offers playlist review and related services on SharePro.
- “Buyer” means the user purchasing a paid review.
- “Submission” means the Buyer’s track and associated info submitted for review.
- “Review” means your written feedback and/or rating, and any actions you take within the service flow.
- “Placement” means adding a track to a playlist (or keeping it there).
- “Community Rules” means behavioral rules, quality standards, and safety policies referenced here and on SharePro pages.
2) Acceptance & Eligibility
By creating, listing, or delivering Curator services on SharePro, you agree to these Curator Terms and SharePro’s broader Terms/Policies.
If you do not agree, do not use SharePro as a Curator.
- You must be legally able to form a contract in your jurisdiction.
- You represent that the information in your account and listings is accurate and not misleading.
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws (including disclosure rules, consumer protection, and platform terms for Spotify/Apple/YouTube, etc.).
3) What You Provide (Paid Reviews)
SharePro’s core offering in this category is a paid review: a professional evaluation of a Submission.
Your job is to provide honest, useful feedback based on what you actually heard and your playlist’s fit.
3.1 Minimum Review Quality
- Listen to enough of the track to evaluate it fairly (typically full track unless clearly unnecessary to assess fit).
- Provide specific feedback (not generic one-liners). Mention at least two concrete observations (e.g., arrangement, vocal mix, hook strength, genre fit, energy curve, playlist audience fit).
- Be respectful. “Direct” is fine. “Abusive” is not.
3.2 Honest Representation
- Do not claim listeners/followers/metrics you don’t have.
- Do not promise placements, streams, saves, or algorithmic outcomes.
- Do not misrepresent “curation” as guaranteed marketing performance.
4) Curator Standards & Conduct
You’re expected to behave like a professional service provider. If you treat Buyers like an ATM, you won’t last here.
4.1 Professional Communication
- Communicate clearly and in good faith.
- Keep messages relevant to the Submission/service.
- No harassment, discrimination, threats, or doxxing.
4.2 Conflicts of Interest
- Disclose material conflicts if relevant (e.g., the Buyer is your client/label partner) when it impacts neutrality.
- Do not accept payments off-platform to influence outcomes or bypass SharePro protections.
4.3 Anti-Manipulation
Zero tolerance: Any attempt to sell fake results or manipulate platform integrity is grounds for removal.
- No “pay extra for placement” extortion or coercion.
- No botted/fake follower claims or fabricated proof.
- No review farming, coordinated harassment, or retaliation.
5) No Placement Guaranteed
Buyers pay for a Review. Placement is never guaranteed.
If you choose to place a track, that is your editorial decision and must be based on fit and quality—not on pressure or side payments.
Best practice: If you placed a track, briefly state why it fits. If you did not, briefly state the main reasons.
That’s how you build trust and long-term earnings.
6) Response Times, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Availability
If your listings advertise a turnaround time (standard/express), you must meet it unless SharePro-approved exceptions apply.
SharePro may monitor response performance and quality signals to protect Buyers.
- Keep your availability accurate (pause listings if you can’t deliver).
- Late or missing Reviews may trigger enforcement, including removal from search, loss of ranking, or other restrictions.
- Repeated late delivery is treated as failure to perform.
7) Payments, Payout Holds, Clawbacks, Fees, Taxes
Critical payout policy: Curator payouts are subject to a mandatory 14-day hold.
The hold countdown does not begin until the playlist submission is finalized and
marked completed by the buyer (or completed by SharePro under an authorized completion rule).
Payouts may be withheld, denied, or reversed where permitted by policy and law.
7.1 Payout eligibility
You may receive payouts from SharePro according to your curator payout setup and SharePro’s payout schedule and rules.
SharePro may deduct platform fees, processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, and other permitted adjustments.
- No off-platform payments for SharePro transactions (including “pay me directly for placement”).
- No guaranteed placements — buyers are purchasing a paid review service.
- We may require identity and payout verification to reduce fraud and comply with legal obligations.
- We may apply payout minimums, batching, or scheduling to manage processing and risk.
7.2 Mandatory 14-day hold (when the countdown starts)
-
The 14-day hold period begins only when the buyer finalizes the submission and marks it
completed inside SharePro (or SharePro completes it under authorized rules).
-
If the buyer does not finalize completion, the hold period does not start until completion occurs.
(If SharePro auto-completes under a policy rule, the hold starts from that completion time.)
-
Submissions that are refunded, chargebacked, determined to be fraud,
or determined to violate the Terms may become ineligible for payout.
7.3 Pending payout flags, investigations, and forfeiture
If a pending payout is flagged for any reason (including suspected fraud, policy violations, anomalous behavior,
verification irregularities, buyer disputes, chargeback risk, or compliance requirements), SharePro may delay payout
while investigating.
-
If SharePro determines the submission, review, placement claim, or related activity broke the Terms
or was identified as fraud in any way, the curator may not receive the payout
for that submission.
-
SharePro may require additional documentation or explanation to resolve a flag (e.g., proof of playlist ownership,
proof of review completion, logs, messages, verification steps).
-
SharePro may restrict, pause, or terminate accounts that present elevated risk or repeated policy issues.
7.4 Clawbacks for reversals, refunds, chargebacks, and store credit removal
Even after a payout is released, it may later become subject to reversal (“clawback”) if the underlying buyer payment
is reversed or adjusted. This includes, without limitation:
- Processor reversals, recalls, disputes, or chargebacks (Stripe, PayPal, card networks, or other providers)
- Refunds to the buyer’s original payment method for any reason
- Removal or reversal of store credit for a purchase (including credits granted as a remedy)
- Fraud determinations, unauthorized transactions, or compliance-based reversals
Clawback agreement: If you receive a payout and the related buyer funds are later reversed
(in whole or part), you agree SharePro may recover the amount owed, including by deduction from future payouts,
to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7.5 Offsets, deductions from future payouts, and negative balances
-
SharePro reserves the right to deduct from future payouts any monies owed from buyer refunds,
reversals, chargebacks, dispute resolutions, processor fees, or other adjustments that SharePro pays out in real money.
-
If deductions create a negative balance on your curator account, you authorize SharePro to offset
future earnings until the balance is repaid, and/or require repayment by other lawful means.
-
Your payout entitles you to a share of only the net amount SharePro actually receives from buyers, based in part on your curator revenue share tier. Your payouts are calculated by deducting from your gross revenue SharePro fees which are based on your revenue share tier, processing fees, refunds, chargebacks, and other adjustments from gross buyer payments.
-
SharePro may suspend payouts, restrict selling, or require additional verification if your account is negative,
repeatedly flagged, or otherwise elevated risk.
7.6 Payout method limits, fees, timing, and operational delays
-
Payout timing may vary due to payout-provider processing windows, bank settlement times, holidays, compliance checks,
technical outages, or risk review.
-
Payouts may be delayed or withheld if your payout information is incomplete, invalid, mismatched, or fails verification.
-
Some payout methods may charge fees (e.g., provider fees, currency conversion fees). Where applicable, you are
responsible for those fees unless SharePro states otherwise.
7.7 Taxes and reporting
- You are responsible for all taxes, reporting, and compliance related to your earnings.
- SharePro may issue tax forms or request tax information where required by law.
8) Community Rules & Prohibited Content
You must follow SharePro’s Community Rules. At minimum, the following is prohibited:
- Illegal content or instructions to engage in illegal activity.
- Harassment, hate, threats, or targeted abuse.
- Sexual content involving minors (immediate report and permanent ban).
- Spam, scams, phishing, or attempts to steal accounts or payments.
- Attempts to bypass SharePro systems (including moving buyers off-platform to avoid fees).
9) Intellectual Property & License
Buyers retain ownership of their music. You retain ownership of your Review text as your content.
However, to operate the service, each party grants SharePro a limited license:
- Buyer → SharePro: a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, transmit, and display the Submission for review, verification, dispute handling, and platform operation.
- Curator → SharePro: a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, transmit, and display your Review and related service data for platform operation, quality assurance, and disputes.
You may not reuse or distribute Buyer submissions outside SharePro without the Buyer’s permission (unless required by law).
10) Privacy, Confidentiality, Messaging
- Use SharePro messaging for service-related communication.
- Do not request sensitive personal info from Buyers (e.g., passwords, government IDs) unless SharePro explicitly requires it for compliance.
- Keep private information private. If you obtain a Buyer’s info through the platform, you may only use it to provide the service.
11) Disputes, Refunds, and Enforcement
SharePro may review disputes and enforce marketplace rules to protect Buyers and platform trust.
If you fail to deliver the promised service (e.g., no Review, clearly low-effort, or dishonest conduct), SharePro may take action.
11.1 What counts as “failure to deliver”
- No review submitted within the promised window (without valid exception).
- Copy/paste or generic “looks good” style responses that provide no real evaluation.
- Misrepresentation (fake playlist metrics, false guarantees, deception).
- Harassment or abusive communication tied to the transaction.
- Artificial intelligence (AI) generated reviews presented as human-written without disclosure, where disclosure is required by SharePro policy.
- Repeated use of AI-generated reviews that are generic, copy/paste, non-specific, or not materially edited to reflect the actual submission.
11.2 Platform Remedies (non-exhaustive)
- Removing listings, reducing visibility, or pausing sales
- Withholding payouts while investigating fraud/abuse
- Reversing transactions where permitted by policy or law
- Account restrictions or permanent removal for repeat/serious violations
12) Termination & Account Actions
You may stop offering Curator services at any time by pausing/removing listings.
SharePro may suspend or terminate Curator access if you violate these Terms, the Community Rules, or if your activity threatens marketplace integrity.
13) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Plain English: We run the platform. We don’t control how playlists perform, how DSP algorithms behave, or whether a track “blows up.”
- SharePro provides the platform “as is” and “as available.”
- We do not guarantee outcomes: placements, streams, saves, charting, or exposure.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, SharePro’s liability is limited to the amounts paid to SharePro for the specific transaction at issue (or another limit defined in SharePro’s master Terms, if applicable).
14) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold SharePro harmless from claims arising out of your conduct, your reviews, your listings,
or your violation of law or third-party rights (including IP claims), to the extent permitted by law.
15) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Curator Terms from time to time. Continued use of SharePro as a Curator after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
