To access your buyer settings page:
Log into your SharePro buyer account.
Click your profile icon at the top right of the navigation menu.
Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Username: Enter your preferred username. This appears publicly on your buyer profile.
Email Address: Provide a valid email address used for login, notifications, and support. Ensure it remains up-to-date for important communications.
First & Last Name: Clearly enter your first and last names for accurate account records.
You can update your password anytime:
Click the "Change your password" link.
Enter your new password. It must:
Be between 8-15 characters.
Include at least one number, uppercase letter, lowercase letter, and special character.
Re-type your new password to confirm.
Click "Update Password" to save.
Personal Bio: Provide a brief description to let sellers know a little about you. While optional, it helps foster trust and better service from sellers.
Enhance your profile with a personalized picture:
Click "Upload a picture".
Select an image from your device.
Crop your picture using the cropping tool provided to ensure it fits the recommended dimensions.
Click "Save Picture" to upload your cropped image.
You can upload and manage multiple profile pictures (up to 4 images total).
Uploaded profile images are displayed in the "Selected profile pictures" section:
Remove pictures: Click the trash icon next to the image you wish to remove.
Update pictures: Repeat the upload process for new images, cropping as required.
Manage how you receive notifications related to orders and messages:
Allow Email Notifications: Toggle this option to receive email updates about your purchases and orders. Essential order communications will always be delivered regardless of this setting.
Control your privacy preferences regarding messaging:
Allow Messages from Unknown Sellers: Toggle this setting to permit or block messages from sellers you've not previously interacted with.
Provide accurate location details to streamline service and delivery:
Country: Select your country of residence from the dropdown list.
City, State/Province, and Zip/Postal Code: Enter your specific city, state/province, and postal code for accurate location data.
Choose your preferred language from the dropdown menu. This setting ensures your account interface and communications align with your language preferences.
After you've reviewed all the changes:
Click the "Update Profile" button at the bottom of the page.
A notification confirming successful updates will appear.

Regularly updating your buyer profile ensures smoother interactions and enhances your overall SharePro buying experience.
