  "Thank you for the detailed critique; where I am located, it is difficult to get third party input before a release. I know I occupy a fairly niche market. After all, I do have the likes of musical cult icon Edward Ka-spel co-founder of The Legendary Pink Dots making a guest appearance on an upcoming album. I know my music is... peculiar. Again, I delve into many genres- I am starting to focus more on multimedia as well. I found the review quite interesting- I hadn't thought of any 70s type influences but that makes sense. I am not "goth" but I do fit with the goth crowd. I am not "industrial" but rivetheads seem to like some of my material and so on...I never know how to mettag my material. the beginning is supposed to be unbalanced with the natural light reverb on the vocal quickly to dissonance and disarray but only able to make it up so far. it is a statement on mental health and socio-eonomics from a personal perspective without being *preachy*; there is much more. the opening line is "another day, another play. Another rape, another Sade....." I have been relying on music as secondary income and it does pay the co-pays on meds and every little bit helps. But having to switch from a hardware based to software based environment has been a challenge. Also creating an online presence as well. Before I could just call someone and get a gig. Now, with moving and the pandemic, having to look for other strategies...so any input helps. (Oh, and to be clear, I don't use "sample packs", I create them for others though sometimes- even the percussion is all custom. Eg a kick might have come from me recording a thump on a glass table. I am also not a "looper"; I record track by track. I average 40 tracks on a single composition all doing different things... sorry I can be a bit wordy at times). ****Thank you very kindly for sharing. 💚"
